LEGENDS WORKSHOP offers a very broad range of manufacturers and models, all carefully chosen to fit a specific situation in the modern, specialty coffee shop.
All the new equipment I offer comes fully supported with the exceptional service that built my business - and is carefully chosen for reliability, ease of use and best manufacturer support. If I don’t believe in it, I don’t sell it.
I take the same approach to the second-hand equipment I select to restore. These works are more personal: a faithful restoration that brings the internals to like-new appearance and performance, preserves the essential character intended by the manufacturer, and adds a dash of technical and aesthetic enhancements you can’t get any other way. I use my judgment and discretion to make a unique re-creation you can put to work as-is, or I can plan with you to build something personalized from my existing inventory.
